I have exhausted my FMLA benefits , can I be fired from my job since I been in bed rest until my delivery date?
Actually, it depends on your employee agreement, where you live, and what kind of job you have.
The best thing to do would be to talk to HR and see where you stand. If you feel your rights are being violated than talk to a lawyer.
No you cannot be fired for bed rest that goes along with discrimintion and you can sue the company for that, so no worries hun :)
