What if you plugged your nose and your mouth while you sneezed, would it come out of your ears or would your head explode?

Answer #1

Well I know it won’t make your head explode or come out your ears. But with me it plugs up my ears so I have to clear them again and it just comes out on your fingertips. yuck! hehe

Answer #3

HAHAHA. Your head doesn’t explode but its probably one of the most peculiar feelings you’ll ever experience. The expelled air actually tries (as Rai Shuana Y. Martin said) to pass through your ears. But for some reason (unkown to me) it doesn’t, it just blocks them slightly. It’s only temporary (meaning four seconds) and you can get rid of it just by swallowing :) Hope I helped

Answer #4

it wuld come out of your eyes it happed to me

Answer #5

I used to stifle my sneezes, and nothing exploded, but eventually - couple of years - it HURT. I think I may have sprained something - rib or cartilage?? So if you want to do it, it is up to you, but don’t do it often.

And, yes it does try leaving thru your ears (eustachian tube goes from the back of your throat to your inner ear) and eye (tear duct carries tears from the corner of your eye to your nasal cavity - and if you force air out your nose but hold your nose after a second you will feel a tickle as air leaks out of the tear duct…unless you have a stuffed up nose.)

Enjoy and Good Luck!!

Answer #6
