Ok, day quil - agreed. BUT, also do a steam bath or do some breathing in over a bowl of hot water, and cover your head with a towel, that’ll help give you a bit of time with no sneezing, etc, and it’s natural.

When you go to sleep, use Vicks vapor rub or tiger balm, either one, and it’ll keep you clear so you can sleep. The more and better sleep you get, the better and faster your recovery will be.

echineacea is a herb used for thousands of years in china to boost the immune system. i take as soon as i feel an illness coming on, works everytime.

Zinc lozenges have always helped me get over sickness significantly more fast then without. Drink warm tea with honey, take a bath with epsome salt, do a steam treatment by putting Vics vapor rub in HOT water and put a towel over your head and inhail the vapors be careful to keep eyes closed though. Well i hope some of those ideas might help :)

Whole foods has a few teas with Echinacea as well, which are all pretty good.
