40 lbs in 2 months is impossible to lose in a healthy manner. You should focus on eating fruits and vegitables, drinking nonfat milk, avoiding cheese, no fried foods, no sweets, no soda (not even diet).

Exercise daily…at least an hour. Switch up your routine every day so you don’t overwork sore muscles. If you DO get sore muscles, eat a banana each day. The potassium helps. Remember to stretch, and if you are REALLY sore, take a day or two off from exercising.

In 2 months you may only lose 20 lbs, but you will feel better than if you lost 40 lbs unhealthily. Trust me, you don’t want to starve yourself because your will feel like CRAP.

oh, avoid drinking lots of juice. Drink water instead. Juice has too muh sugar in it, even if it is 100% all natural. It is better to just eat a peice of fruit. Also, don’t eat too much bread. Eat only whole grain varieties if you simply must have some. Eat salads, but get low fat dressings.
