3 years ago I was 130 lbs. I went on a strict diet and lossed 40 lbs. I got sick from my diet and I re-ate. But I didnt watch what I ate and I started to eat a lot. Now im 14 and I re-gained my weight but I feel like all my weight is just fat and cellulite. Im going on a cruise in 2 months and I wanna look fit. Any helpful tips?
Seriously? What is it going to take to teach you that yo-yo dieting is really unhealthy and quite obviously pointless as you will just re-gain the weight? I mean you've experienced it yourself? Like really, what's it going to take? How about you just exercise some more?
So, you went from being 130 pounds - a nice, healthy weight, to 90 pounds and now you want to lose all that weight again in only 2 months?
Not healthy - not smart.
