Pimple/Acne Help

I used to have HORRIBLE acne in high school, and I couldn’t find anything that would help- I know how irritating it is.

I tried everything I could think of, creams, pills, pads, doctors, herbs. Being very fair skinned and ivory pale, anything tried made it worse since it only irritated it. Benzoyl peroxide was the worst of all.

At the time I was also a bit overweight, so I went on a diet and gave up on the acne treatments in the meantime. Come to find out it was mainly my diet and all those abrasive creams and other things that made my skin far worse than it woulda been, as it cleared up in a matter of a month. COMPLETELY.

All I do nowadays to retain gorgeous skin is use Neutrogena Deep Clean (oil free) once every two days in the shower before bed. It’s important to do it in the shower since your pores open up in the steam, and before bed seems to work best because any irritation it may cause is gone by the time I wake up.

On the days in between I just use hot water and NO SOAPS and dry with a clean towel.

As for diet- just avoid drinking too many sodas. Some people say avoid greasy foods, but I haven’t found too much of a problem with those as long as it isn’t ALL I eat. I don’t know what it is about soda, but if I drink more than 24 ounces (two drinks) of it a day, I break out a little. Stuff is poison for you anyways.

Other than that -drink plenty of water (at least 5 glasses a day) -get as much sleep as you can (that’s when your immune system works best) -avoid direct sunlight without at least an SPF 30 sunblock (oil free)

Your skin may be different than mine, but that’s what I found cleared it up in no time and it stays clear now. Try it out.
