I use to get cramps so bad they would hurt my lower back, stomach and even run down the front upper part of my legs. It was horrible. For mine I found taking advil and heat was a bit of help (though sadly nothing offer total pain relief) I hope you feel better soon.
I don't hve periods anymore cuz I had surgery but if just midol doesn't work try takein a midol then bout half an hr later soak in a nice hot water for a little while, or try ibuprophen it works well to
Not that I know of. It's most likely a pulled muscle/bruise/minor injury that happened to show up around the same time as your period, just a coincidence.
Yes it can cause you thighs to hurt and other muscles. Try a magnesium supplement or eating bananas. That should help with all types of cramps.
I never found Midol worked for me. Ibuprophen (advil, motrin) worked better for me. Nice hot bubble bath does wonders for nasty cramps.
And magnesium people. Lol. Not joking though works brilliantly for period cramps.
