Could be that you are not going to the bathroom enough, could be some type od infection, it could be a lot of things, best thing to do is to call your doctor or go to the doctor and see what he/she sais.
It can be any type of infection. These type’s can vary from bladder, yeast, etc… In this case, I would say it is a bladder infection. I have had one before. I am not a doctor, so I insist that you go to your doctor and seek professional help, as this may be something serious, or something that just needs medication. :) -Ashley
