Why am I getting unusual cramps when I run?

I’ve been working out to lose weight for the summer and for the past 4 days I’ve been getting cramps on the right side of my body when I run. It’s never happened before this and the cramps aren’t really where most people get cramps from running. It’s right below my chest on the right side and it starts even when I’m only 2 minutes into running. I do sit ups and other things besides running, so maybe I pulled a muscle there? It only hurts when I run though, nothing else… And once again, it’s never done this in the past. Help?
