Why am I getting cramps in my tummy but not due on my period?

I am 13 and I am not due on my period for another week or 2 but I keep getting cramps and pains in my lower stomach and lower back pain can someone help me please bcoz I am worried

this happenes to me ALL the time…its like pre cramps I guess.. but what ever it is it sucks. but for me as soon as I get my period I feel a lot better!

You are probably ovulating. a lot of women get cramps during ovulation
