How to control my panic attacks?

hey im 15, im a model and love life !!! the problem is that I suffer from minor panick attacks all the time! little things that I get nervous about set them off, presentations in school, the doctors, optitons everything like that. I really hate the panick attacks and have no idea how to stop them. I never get them when im modeling though which is odd. if anyone suffers from them or has any advice for me, please help ! love much ! xx

Hi. My brother has them occasionally when he gets upset/angry. His is caused by stress but there are other things that caused them too. You may want to see a doctor or just simply do some research online. It can be deadly so be cautious. If you happen to get one, do as piker 187 says. You shouldn’t take them slightly…

I get em occassionally, I usually just have a friend talk me down or just go somewhere and take some really deep breaths rythmatically for a little while, calm your mind, that always seems to help. but don’t smoke weed, it just makes it worse.

hey I once suffred from these annoying panick attacks and I got rid of them by tacking a medicine called (lamictal)they are really good try them and you wont regret it..and when you get these attacks try to breath in and out in a plastic bag and when you feel your going to have one try to distract urself by anything like talking to your friend or take a walk it helps believe me.. tc
