Not eating properly for 3 days???

I haven’t been eating properly now for 3 days. I can’t eveytime I go for any foods whether they are healthy or unhealthy I just see the photo of me size 8 rather than 14 and dont eat.monday I had nothing from when I got up 6am-7pm yesterday I had nothing again same as monday 6am-7pm and today I had nothing except from a lollipop which my teacher gave me and when I got home I had a bit of tea and that’s all I’ve had in the 3 days this week. Summary: Monday:pork chop and chips only thing I eat that day! Tuesday:chicken pasta bake again only thing I eat that day! Today(17th): lollipop and a bit of a yorkshire puddin and a couple of chips. Personally I think that the diet is good. I’m not obsessed and I’m still eating so I’m not anorexic or bulimic I just can’t eat nothing with over 120 calories in one meal. I only just managed a bit of tea on monday?? What do I do??

she might not have a eating disorder. she just sound on a good diet that sticks? it sound like the meals my mum had when she had a gastric band. she was only eatinf tiny meals and lost punds in a week or two.

Not eating isn’t the only description to anorexia. Obsession with you body, and starving yourself, is the main thing. If you are going hungry then you’ve got a problem, and the fact that you wont eat because of your body is kind of bad. I am not saying you are anorexic, but you should start thinking about what you are doing, and how you are thinking. Instead of eating less, eat healthy and exercise! Eating less will only make you malnourished, and can make you really sick. Besides that, once you have eaten soo little for so long your body starts to slow in its metabolic processes, and the moment you eat a lot you gain A LOT!.. So, just watch what you are doing and exercise! Be safe. I hope I helped.

Sounds like you have some emotional dealings going on. Just remember your fruits and veggies, grains, and some protein. Go light on the sugars and animal fats. Drink plenty of water. no pop.
