Why am I losing so much weight but I can eat all-day?

my waist line has gone from a 32” to a 28” in less than 3 weeks and I’m starting to get worried ?

If you are eating properly then i have some question regarding your weight loss.

  • Did you eat healthy food? Did you sleep properly? Did you work really hard all day long?

If you ddin’t eat healthy food , then eating bunch of unhealthy food won’t help you to gain weight.

You must have to sleep 8 hours a day, If you don’t sleep properly you may loose weight.

Don’t work hard excessively or play out door games too much.

If you are continiously losing weight then i will recommend you to consult witha doctor

well, check for hypoglycemia. It can be a reason. happened to me

Could be caused by various illnesses, or gastrointestinal parasites. Have you noticed any other changes, like in your energy level, digestion and elimination, patterns of sleep and physical activity, or mental, emotional, or physical state?

Staying awake when you are supposed to sleep does take a lot of your energy. I do agree with Tanvir
