Being overtired can actually have a counter-effect…many people have a difficult time falling asleep when they’re overtired. Consider though, if you are physically tired, or mentally tired…being physically tired doesn’t always require sleep, but being mentally tired does.

i was definately physically tired becuse i was like beat i didnt want to move afterwards cause lifting weights that long is way hard work

yes it is normal since your body is functioning at a fast pace. it takes a little while to get your body to calm down and until your body calms down your won’t be able to really sleep

Well physical tired will stop your thoughts from keeping you up, also why would you ever work out for 6 hours, that can not be that good for your body.
