At times they hurt to be touched am married so we don’t use protection why are my nipples sore?

As a guy who has nipples but has never really noticed em…I would guess if it is not medical…Have you bought a new bra recently? a different washing powder?New bed sheets(if ya sleep with out a bra on as another thread recently talked about)….If nothing has changed then its prob for the doc and not us lot here?
Are you about to get your period when they become sore? Cause Mine hurt a lot right before I get mine and then during my period.
