new mole =cancer?!!! HELP

ok so I have a really tiny mole thats just come up on my toe, its the size of a freckle and I only call it a mole because its slightly raised but as are some of my freckles soo call it w.e anyway I heard that if a new one comes up it could be cancerous, but it doesnt hurt, its just there doing nothing…is it ok?

uhh it came up black, but thats the color it always was

I really really think it’s nothing to worry about unless it turns black, it’s perfectly normal to get new moles and freckles sometimes especially after spending time in the sun, I get new freckles all the time and the occasional new mole. but if you’re that worried you could get your doctor to check it out, better safe than sorry. hope it’s ok!!!
