if my shih tzu is only 6 months old and got pregnant by mistake would she be able to have thepups the male was a lot smaller than her does it make a difference I won’t lose her will I please help me I going crazy here

She should be able to have them but I would have a x-ray done around 60 days into the gestation to see how many and how big they are, HOWEVER she may be to young to let her instincts kick in a be a good mom, she may not except them at all, you may want to think about getting her spayed Right now.

As I said to someone last time, she could have babies and since the father was smaller, it could reduce the size of the babies to make it easier for the birth but it does put a major risk of dying on the mom. Just make sure you take good care of her and the babies. Bring her to the vet to check up on here maybe every once a week, or once or twice a month. After the mother had the babies, get her fixed so you won’t have to worry about this situation again.
