I cried it out after she died in my hands and then felt nothing. Then I cried some more but now I keep feeling nervous and slightly sick. What's going on? x.x
There have been a lot of studies that show that owing a pet decreases your stress levels. I think it has something to do with giving unconditional love to a being that will always give it right back. Maybe you could try getting another pet? Hope this helps.
Because your pet would calm you down.. Just petting an animal can lower your blood pressure making you calm down. The feeling is normal and will go away. Sorry about your pet though :(
If you're nervous , I'd say that your pet was a comforting thing and now that it's gone , you don't have that comfort.
Because if you and your dog were close you are probily feeling meloncahaly because your lost a dear friend.
