Should Michael Vick be aloud to own a dog again?

He is an NFL football who player who was charged and convicted of animal abuse, he was fighting pitbull dogs, he was abuseing them, and I may be wrong but I do believe thr were also dead animals found on his property. He served his time and was released, he now wants to get more dogs

I think any person who has used an animal for cruel purposes should be permanently banned from being able to own another animal.

No. I think he’s full of it. If he hadn’t of been caught he’d still be fighting and killing dogs. I don’t believe that he suddenly found love and respect for dogs.

we own this dog he’s a pitbull and his ex owner used to neglet the poor thing he had him tied up and never gave him love or anything and he was used for fighting but when we got the dog he was so nice and all he would crave love

IDK about letting him own a dog again. But the way I heard it he didn’t say he wanted to own a dog again, but that if he was allowed to own a dog again at some point would be a big step in his rehabilitation.
