lower stomach pooch and big thighs.

haha. I am NOT fat. I have a great body and I love it. I dont weigh a lot. but the parts of my body that are out of shape are my thighs and I have a small pooch on my lower stomach. what are some exercises to get rid of these? how long do I do them for? and how many of the exercise do I do??

My thighs are big..runs in the family...on my dads side. my thighs are big on the inside. and on top they are big. so if you were looking at me from a front view, my thighs would touch when I walk. and if you looked at me from the sidee, my thights curve outwards. I love my body I just want it to look in better shape. :] thanks
