hi im a 19 year old boy.I've a big butt and big thigh.though I've a good structure in the upper part my lower body is wider than upper body.I've tried jogging,thigh exercise but it is not working.what should I do to reduce it?can anyone help me to solve my problem?
I know what you mean, what you need to do is go to a local gym and see what the fitness instructors would say to you. they know whats best to sculpt you the right way.
um.. it's normal for your lower body to be wider than your upper body. unless you literally want to look like a gorilla.
