Loosing weight on my thighs

well I have been tying to lose a little bit of weight because summer is coming up and I am really trying to focus on my upper legs because that is the fattest part of my body…what exercise is there that can help me lose weight fast but just on my upper leg?

I think I know what you’re saying. Your thighs seem big to you right? Join the club. You just have larger hips that most women… as do I. I know how you feel and it’s something that seems so fat on my body but it’s just the way I’m built. You can’t change the size of your hips but you can lose fat off of your thighs.

You should jump rope, go for walks/jogs… things like this will help you lose weight on your thighs.

yeah… I agree… jogging is a really good way to tone your thighs… also jumping rope… and dancing… I need to get a jump rope.
