What do I do to loose the weight in my thighs and arms in two weeks???
weight training on them will give you muscles which sucks but the muscles start to waste if you leave them for about 3 days ummm, you need somethign that is overalll excerisice you cant focus weight loss on one area it wont work, so try a lot of running and drink 4 pints of water a day at least when you run swing your arms a lot try running a mile at first then 2 miles
go for long walks ,lay on your bed side ways or on your back lift your legs slowly up and down with out touching the bed do it at least 30 times when it hurts means its working:P:P
me again lool:P I forgot about your arms:):) you can lift soup cans at least 3 times a day during minimum 20 min but its better more :):)
