How do you loose weight on your upper thighs? please I need a list of somesort. Im not fat or over weight, but thats the only thing that bothers me
Try squats, or bridges, bridges are more for the backs of your thighs, but they may work, but mainly try squats.
you can do leg muscle work outs squats thigh add/abbduction. need a machine for that running
Sqats help firm and tone your thighs ands your butt
run. or use a bike machine that works the best
