How do i lose ten pounds really quick? I don't weigh too much but i wanna tone it up a bit for summer. Any tips?

neera super cleanse really works and stays off. do a search for it.. i’ve done it 4 times and my friends many times as well and it’s really easy and when you’re done do cardio and 5 lb weights to tone up your areas of interest.. eat more fruits, veggies, complex carbs and water. I do Wii Active Trainer which is an awesome way to workout at home for 20 mins a day and tone everything =)

Swimming is really good for tonning up. Also, to lose weight really quickly keep fot classes are good, or the dvds. Try cycling too.
