How can I lose weight and tone up before summer?

I’d really like to look nice in a bikini for my boyfriend or atleast feel confident with my body in one. I know my boyfriend doesn’t mind, he loves my body and says im perfecty but I’d like to think the same. I’m 15 and a bit over weight in my oppinion I’d like yo lose 25 to 30 pounds. Tone my tummy, arms, theighs, and butt. Any tips would help. Thanks. :D

make sure you eat brakfast!! if you dont thats an adimatic obsstical to you not lossing waite! … if you got to the gym.. one everyy 2 weeks or.. even if you dance a little in your bedroom you will loss waite!! I did… =) I lost 6 pounds.. in 1 week!

exercise at least three times a week (probably more) for about a half hour to an hour and eat healthier. try to eat small portions about 6 times a day. it will most likely speed up your metabolism.

okay sooo girls are only suppose to eat so many calories a day. About 1600 if your not active and 2000 if you are active. Do situps to tone your belly and squats leglifts etc .. for your bum and thighs. for arms you could try pushups lifting weights or anything like that. workout a lot. and not neceisarily eat less but eat healthier. it may take a while to reach your goal. but it can happen if you set your mind to it. & be confident with yourself in front of him at the beach or pool with your bikini ahah goodluck (: <– hope this helpps.
