What are some quick tips to help me lose fat?

I’m going to florida March 20th, and I would love to look great in my bathing suit- haha. Well, I’m like a size 10, and I just wanted to focus on toning my body. Any quick tips?

umm well you can try for a week eating everying pretty much and you will gain a lot (example if you gain 6lbs the second week you will lose 12lbs)but for the 2nd week eat right and exercise. this happens because that first week your eating soo much your metabolism speeds up a lot and that second week your body is still going really fast cause just the previous week you were eating so much your metabolism is still fast. but whatever you do DO NOT! stop eating because your metabolism gets really really really slow.

but I dont like doing that I like to just eat right, exercise (do something fun play a sport with some friends or something), drink lots and lots of water so you stay hydrated, and sleep from 8-10 hrs each night.
