im 14 I weigh abt 158 lets just say 160 im 5'4 & I need to loose weight like I gt thos jelly rolls and the back there not big but, big enough to notice &have my mom make fun of me.my waist line is bigger then my hips and thts not cute I dont really have any boobs so that sucks I kinda have a butt &I know if I lost weight id have a big butt but I need help at motivation and please don't tell me oh you your young your body is still growing I know but ima walk the stage soon in june for graduating the 8th grd & I really want to look preety&nice&stuff&feel good in a dress so can you help? please.id very much appreshiate it :]
yeah I understand im 15 and im 4'11, way shorter than you and weight 120lbs. im hella fat...I used to weight 130lbs. and then I started losing weight and only lost 10lbs so now I weight 120...what I did was exercise for 30mins everyday I ran and did crunches and sit-ups and leg lifts that helped for the stomach...and I ate healthy like lots of vegetables with fruits with my meals, and no fryed foods juss grill and bake and ovened, and broil I know its not as good as fryed foods, but its healthy
well im 14, I weight about 170 and im trying to lose wait to almost for the same reason...im trying to watch what I eat, and how much...plus exersize thats the most important thing...the thing that trys to motivate me is a guy I like, im trying to lose weight for him ...
