  witch hazel!!! get some from the pharmacy, its not expensive, you soak a tee cloth or small towel in in and wrap your knee up in it for the night..it should feel a considerable amount better in the morning!!!

  Stay off of it, keep it elevated, cold compress for swelling...and time...

  You can't rush the healing of a knee injury.
