What: does jumpers knee(patellar tendinitis) affect growth?
I have jumpers knee (patellar tendinitis) in both knees from basketball and I was wondering if it affects growth? (I was diagonosed last yr but had jumpers knees since 9 or 10 years old)
Welll have you grown sense you were diagnosed with it? im a gymnast and have had many knee injuries. But with this if its only in your tendons you should stretch … Wierd right? But do this and you should continue yo grow as long as this is not affecting any growth plates … Fun mail me if you need more lol.
