What are healthy weight loss tips?

ok well bascially I want to lose weight im bout 128 pounds , 5ft5 and im almost 18! I was just wondering has any one got any quick but healthy weight lost tips! and can by eating say 1200 calories a day help you lose weight! I dont eat meat and I dotn have an awful lot of time to go exercise , but do have some! I wana try and lose around 2-4 pounds a week if possible!so any tips would be great! thank you! xxXxx

well if you eat about 500 kcals a day then do as much exercise as you canthen you could loose quite a lot of weight. hope I helped.x chloe.x

130 pounds is a great weight for a girl your height, thats my preference, so I wouldn’t worry about it. But if you must and don’t have time to exersize. Eat the same amount of food you eat now except spread it out through the day. Don’t eat so much at one sitting
