Why do people hate the jonas brothers because they are christians?

though here’s a question I’ve pondered, why do Some Christians hate metal music fancying it to be Satanic? & what ge group are you aiming at? I’ld say teenagers are a lil’ to mature for them & children realy aren’t old enough to know hatred toward other religions. The again in this day & age you never know.

Isn’t this question rather like asking “why do people hate thieves because they steal stuff” or “why do people hate women because they’re female”? You’ve plainly already decided what you think the reason is (presupposing people “hate” them in the first place), and are just looking for confirmation.

I don’t think that’s the reason - some people just don’t think they sound nice. Its all personal preference and you cant expect everyone to like them. I think they are pretty cute and I like a few of their songs.

I didn’t even know they were Christian. I don’t hold religion against anyone. It’s your own choice. I, myself, am Wiccan. Wicca and Christianity are, you could say, bitter enemies. Wicca loves unconditionally, while Christianity has decided that any religion aside from it’s own, is work of the Devil.

But that’s a whole nother debate.

I think why I don’t like the Jonas Bros is because they’re too popular for their ability. They don’t really have much talent in my opinion. I’m a pretty hard grader on such things, and I feel the same way about almost all of the current IT kids. Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus, Jamie Lynn Spears. I grew up with NSync and even they were a bit off to me.

I didnt even know they were christians, and theres a lot of celebs that says they are and their really not, im not saying that they are not, im just sayin a lot proclaim they are, I dont hate them b/c of whatever religgion they say they are, I dont hate them b/c they are jonas brothers I hate them b/c of their fans, their fans has went on and on bout them and they have made them over rated, its all bout them and it gets really tiresome really fast

Because some people think that they arn’t really christians and are just poseing. But all of us fans know they really are. BTW I LOVE THEM<3<3<3<3<3<3

I do not hate them because they are christians, I hate them because they are corprate sellouts that are only popular because of their looks, and because they are horrible musicians, there are local bands in my town that are a hell of a lot better than them.
