Jobless worries

I am not even a felon but I do have a non-convicted misdemeanor charge on my record, in which is preventing me from getting a job, does anyone have any opinions or suggestions on how to possibly get employers to surpass my little record?

First off, write up a resume, and don’t include that information on the resume. Then, before you apply for any jobs by filling out their forms, submit your resume for their review. That way, they get hooked on who you are, and they are more likely to overlook the situation since it really does not affect who you are as an employee.
