Does anybody know Jesus' middle name or full name? I have never heard his
full name or middle name!
*** Jesus, son of Joseph ***
Jesus did not have a father. God (Allah) created him without a father from the Virgin Mary.
In Arabic, Jesus is known as Issa. In all the places in the Quran where Issa is used, he is called “the son of Mary” (Ibn Maryam).
Since he had no father, he was named so after his mother.
God said: “And (We cursed them) for their disbelief… and their boastful claim: Indeed, we have killed the (so-called) Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of God. And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him.” Quran (4, 156-157)
“Indeed, they are unbelievers who say, ‘God is the Messiah, the son of Mary.’” Quran (5, 72)
“The Messiah, son of Mary, was no other than a messenger; messengers before him had indeed passed away.” Quran (5, 75)
“And We made the son of Mary and his mother as a Sign.” Quran (23, 50)
Jesus Christ is His name and title. It is sometimes rendered Christ Jesus, giving the title first. He has many other names, such as the Alpha and the Omega, the Son of Man, the Sun of Righteousness, the Prince of Peace.
By the way, in the times of Jesus, there were no last names for the most part. Thus, to better identify individuals they would often include the town from which they lived in. Thus, Jesus was often referred to a "Jesus of Nazareth." To Christians it is sufficient to say He is Lord and Savior.
"Andy" As in : Andy walks with me Andy talks with me and he tells me I am his own...lol
I dont know if he has one lol But he is the real deal NOT A FAIRY TALE
Biblically, his full name (translated to English) would be 'Jesus son of Joseph of Nazareth'.
'Christ' is a title, not a name.
It is not Jesus H. Christ... That is just a profanity, lol. As toadaly said, Christ is not actually his name (it's a title).
