Why is the Jersey shore popular?

Its a good show, its really stupid so it makes it funny & its just a good laugh :D

it’s just a bunch of people put in a house to start drama… it’s like a trainwreck, it’s so horrible but I can’t stop watching hahaha. i actually watched a whole 6 hour marathon the other day, how sad… :/

People, as a whole, enjoy seeing people that are less intelligent than themselves, and they like seeing people that are similar to themselves getting famous. The first is something that makes us feel better about ourselves, the latter is the idea of, “If they’re famous, and we’re the same, I could be famous too.” Glimmer of hope, even though it’s an obvious long way away. So, the interest in the show, as well as a lot of other things, depends on the point of view of the person watching/experiencing them.

Because it’s the best show ever. Any human with a brain should be able to see that…but I guess some people are just naturally dumb. Whoever doesn’t like it are missing out on life, and are tasteless freaks. The end<3

Wow. I don’t like that show infact I hate it and I’m not dumb! Oh and im defenitly NOT missing out in life because im not watching people get drunk, fight, have sex :)

Jersey Shore is popular because… apperantly tv show networks have ran out of ideas to entertain people.. so they put dumb,irrisponsible,lazy,weird douchbags on TV… just to watch them fight and do all types of crazy stuff… =P but if u actually look up douchebag on google images .. you can actually see some of the cast of this show…. i personally find this exactly like “the real world” but just foucused on a group of dumb people season after season
