I'm NOT planning on ever giving head, but I'm just wondering is it healthy to swallow? And I heard that it takes like whatever the guy last ate? Is this true?
std's are virus passed by sex. bodily fluids (ie blood, semen, vaginal fluids.) they can even be passed through breast milk. only skin to skin contact if there are open wounds on both of you and they touch. condoms do reduce the risk, but not 100%

If the person is clean (free of STDS) then yes, its perfectly safe. But since you would have no way of knowing for sure if he was clean, you should always play it safe and use a condom...until you have been together for a long while.
