Is greentea always safe?

How does greeentea help you loose wait? and how much are you supposed to drink a day?

Answer #1

If you drink green tea instead of coffee or tea with milk and sugar, or instead of fizzy drinks/pop/ soda/coke with so much sugar, you will be consuming less calories.

Green tea has caffeine in it, so keep that in mind. There isn’t a set amount you’re supposed to drink a day. Just be reasonable. I guess anywhere from 1 to 6 cups a day would be the range of normal.

Answer #2

Actually, you should avoid anything with caffeine in it.

yea

Answer #4

there is a limit to all things so obviously you shouldnt over do it id say about 3 times a day after every meal is good it aids digestion so you wont feel bloated much, which in turn would make you look less “fat” and it will speed up the process of digestion so you also dont feel “heavy” and also try and find decaffinated green tea if you can I recommend you do this

when you wake up have some hot water with lemon. so like a slice of lemon in a cup and pour hot water over it. it gets your stomach going ready for the day and many people who detox do this

then wait about 30 minutes til breakfast eat something like a wholegrain cereal with not too much sugar

wait like an hour and have green tea

then for lunch eat watever carbohydrates you want keeping in mind not to have it high in fat and also add at least portions of vegetables

wait an hour then have green tea and some fruit

then for dinner have your protein and at least 2 other portions of vegetables

wait an hour then have green tea

and with this you cant go wrong really dont think that drinking green tea will make you lose weight it will only help if you eat sensibly
