This could also be due to stress. When you are under a lot of stress your cycle will get thrown off and because of this your mind will create an illusion of pregnancy. Yes you should take a test, but no it is not for sure. Sometimes you can skip a month durring your cycle from stress or indroducing a new birth control pill.
