I'm 13 years old and I weigh 11 stone. I want to lose weight but my mum makes all my meals so I have to eat them. Help me lose weight. I don't eat breakfast because I don't want to put any weight on. I have a drink and a nutrigrain bar for dinner whilst at school and for tea, my mum makes my tea. I have cereal for supper. Please help me (give me a diet plan).
Skipping breakfast isn't necessarily a good thing. You need to look at your food intake and instead of cutting out on breakfast and having a tiny lunch swap the breakfast and lunch for something healthy. If your only 13 then you probably have quite a bit of growing to do so the taller you get the more your weight will spread. Porridge is a good cereal to have, albran, alpen, bran flakes. Try to avoid toast for breakfast especially if you like lots of jam and butter. During the day eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You shouldn't let yourself go hungry as your body will get confused and the result may be that you pig out later or the next day. Try and do exercise even if it means running up and down the stairs a few more times a day or going to post a letter for your Mum. Perhaps walk to School and walk home. Play in the park after school with friends. Chat to your Mum she will understand. Goodluck... don't get your self in a pickle about it :-) Keep smiling.
1st of all...dont skip breakfast...it just makes you hungrier at lunch time and then you tend to overeat
also...dont just try to not eat (believe me I tried it and gained weight) your body thinks its starving and starts storing fat
eat something with a lot of protein for breakfast...like an egg and some turkey bacon
for lunch try a salad with grilled chicken
and for dinner just eat some light meat and a serving or two of veggies...try to avoid starches and breads
and drink tons of water! dont drink anything with sugar

It's highly a misconception which stops you from eating your favorite food while being on a diet. You can definitely have all types of food, veg or non-veg, provided it does not have high carb content. Also, the intake of calories should not excess a safe limit so that you do not put on additional weight. You can plan you meals accordingly and enjoy every food. Also, plan out some exercise which will help you in burning your calories.
By eating less you could be ruining your diet. When your body prepares for starvation, it will store more fat.
The diet plan that I've found works best is the Abs Diet. Which is basically just a eating healthy and exercise.
Eat your breakfast, watch your portions and talk to your mom. Ask her if she could make something more healthy cuz you want to watch your weight. I am sure she will understand and be willing to help.
