Know any diets that work? please tell
I have been on a few diets, the one that works for me is increasing water intake, portion size and being physical for at least 30 mins a day, that can be just taking a walk. I tend to over eat so I have to be careful. I had a baby 6 months ago and lost all of the weight plus some, I mean when I got pregnant I was overweight size 12 after pregnancy I went down to a size 6, that's nuts. But I love food and hate to exercise. Drinking water tends to fill you up so you don't feel as hungry, most of the time your hunger pains are a sign that your'e body needs water, so drink up, plus it helps you burn off calories.
