Besides mood swings of excitability and depression, other symptoms include reckless behavior, short attention span, fatigue, feeling worthless/hopeless, loss of self esteem, withdrawal from activities that you previously enjoyed, withdrawal from friends and family, persistent sadness or thoughts of death as well as sleep disturbances. If these symptoms are frequent, I would suggest going to the doctor and getting checked.
it is impossible to diagnose bi-polar by yourself or over the internet or 1 session with a doctor. bi-polar is different. it has highs or mania(really happy, excited, a ton of energy) and lows of depression. polar opposites. but when the mood changes for no reason like nothing sets it off, it could mean bi-polar or something else. just get checked.
Go to your doctor & ask for testing to see if your bi-polar it will just take some blood work.
go to the doctor, and the people around you could probably tell from really bad mood swings
You have extreame mood swings without explanation, also you could go get checked for it.
There's no blood test for bipolar disorder?
You go get diagnosed by a professional.
okay thanks
