No he cant but your probably going to have to prove somehow that when you had sex and got pregnant he was 17 so they’ll probably want a test to see if he’s the father or not if he is then they know for sure he was 17. I suggest though after you have the baby dont have sex with him until your 18 otherwise your parents can and most likely get him arrested and he’ll go to jail and have to register as a sex offender.
