Im 16 and my boyfriend is 20

So im in a hard situation. Im with a guy who is 20 and im only 16. Ya I know its sounds bad but we have been together for 7 months now and its so hard because no one in my family knows were really together or that we are sexually active. I feel bad I have to lie all the time but I really do love him its so hard to deal with this, I know a lot of people are going to tell me hes just in to get into my pants or that im too young to love someone but my feelings are trues and I cant help who I love so Should I tell my mom or should I hide it till im 18 and im open to any advice. Thanks.

You are too young - I don’t see why a 20-year-old would be dating a 16-year-old. That’s illegal and no matter if you are willing or not, that’s considered statutory rape and he can get charged with that. It’s up to you if you want to tell your mom, don’t except a happy response from her that’s for sure. You need to think about this, a lot.

I don’t know this guy; but being a guy myself, he’s probably doesn’t have the same feelings as you do. What you’re feeling toward him is lust.
