Ideas For A Tone & Flat Stomach?

okay the summers almost coming and my uncles weddings coming up. I want to tone and flatten my stomach fast. I need some ideas on how to get a flat stomach. help? thanks!

you need to have at least 20 minutes of cardio each day… it can be jogging, fast walking, basketball, etc. also along with cardio exercise you need to do toning exercise…these are my favorites: thighs: lay on your stomach with your hands under your chin and your feet a little wider than your hips. raise your feet and knees off the ground and close your legs, then open, repeat 10 times without touching your feet to the ground.

belly: lay on your bed or the ground on your back. lift your head neck and shoulders off the ground and lift your legs about 6 inches up. while keeping your shoulders off the ground, bring one legs to your chest while the other is extended, then switch… dont forget to breathe

I want to tone mine too for summer and school…I only know of running, jumproping, drinking water, walking atleast 200 steps after eating anything, crunches, pushups, all that good stuff: sounds horrible I know I dont have the energy to do it all with school but im trying.
