For years I have been battling this silly bit of fat on my lower stomach, that and my love handles..... I work out 2 hours a day and I almost always eat right..... and I need it gone before school starts back two weeks from now.. is there a quick fix way or a way ingeneral to get rid of it???
my tummys the exact same!!!! ha i hate it im trying to work on mine to but i heard running helps but crunches dont.... i could be wrong but i member i had a coach and hes saying you cant just lose weight from one spot on your body which i kinda feel by doing crunches thats what your trying to do... but you can go on youtube and look up more exercises to get a flat tummy thats what i did.
What is covering most peoples' abdominal muscles is stored fat. Doing cardiovascular exercises (e.g., running, jogging, long walks, rowing machine) will help to get rid of body-fat, while doing crunches and other direct abdominal exercises will just make your abs look more defined. Of course, to see defined abs, you have to lower your body-fat percentage, and so that's the challenge.
Do you do stomach crunches? I've been doing 100 stomach crunches every mornin and at night before dinner. It's actually helping me lots. I started off by doing 50 and then 70 now 100. I dunno other ways. I also run about 3 miles morning and night before dinner. I hope this helped.
A balanced diet will also be a big help... So if you aren't paying too much attention to your diet, then beginning to do so will make results come even faster.
