I want a pug

Pugs really are not bred or meant to race. The shape of their craniums makes it very hard to breathe when they get overheated. There are many other breeds that are suitable for racing—pugs are not one of them.

pugs are an acesorie dog(no efence to the people going 4 dog rights) but its just like a way of saying pugs are like the kind of dog chicks carry around in little outfits lmfaoo

Pugs are not the right type of dog for you to be racing. It’s a really bad idea. Pugs are more of an indoor dog, they can’t take very hot or very cold weather and it’s better to keep them inside at a comfortable temperature- but don’t forget daily walks. They have a short muzzle which triggers chronic breathing problems, it wouldn’t be a good idea to make them participate in a race. Pugs also have a compact, square, and a thickset body- they really weren’t bred to race. It would honestly be a bad idea. If you really want to have a dog participate in a race, I’d go with another breed. Do your research, and take in careful consideration to whatever breed you pick- make sure that they can they are built for racing.

Sorry…ditto to the above…if you want a dog to race, get one with a longer nose…
