I don't feel good at all and I don't know what it is, can anyone give me an idea??? I caught it from a friend who had it ,,,I have heat flashes every 20-30 min, and I get incredibly dizzy and super hot and sweaty during them, im constantly dizzy, weak, have a headache, im sleeping more than 14 hours a night, I've lost my appetite, and im always tired...this is day number 3 of this...
im sure there's some things your subconscious has been feeding on, to a point where you find yourself in this state of suspension, and tolerance for any wind of emotion that comes your way, then leading a victimized mental attitude and gloom.
you might have a stomach virus...or you are dehydrated...start drinking water and then you will know ...I'm not sure what else it could be...but drink the water if it does not go away over night then go to the doctors.
Sound like you have a stomach virus, go see your doctor and in the meanwhile get yourself re-hydrated with some electrolytes
