how can I control my hunger??
get those slim shot things, they sell them in duane rede and they are good. Also, there is another things called Mega-T and they don't just sell pills they sell green tea mints (they are REALLY good) and gum, and you will be losing weight in addition to controlling your hunger. so slim shots, Meta-T green tea mints (I reccomend that over the gum) and drink lots of water.
I said about the water because most of the time hunger is mistaken for thirst, and also drink two glasses half an hour before a meal. you will eat a lot less
They have those hunger control drinks that make you not hungry for like 3 hours :D!
