Ok i am 15 years old, 5' 1", 138 lb... , and have a waist measurement of 33". I play DDR to get my heart rate up and as a good cardio workout since i usually play on heavy or standard for around 1 - 2 hours each day. I follow up with non stop hula hooping for 20 - 30 minutes. I would love to shed 6 - 10 inches off my waist asap. Should i add anything on to this workout or maybe do something else? Anything helpful is very much appreciated.
That's an awesome idea for a workout since it's probably pretty fun, right? I would switch it up some days, though. Maybe go outside on a run a few times a week, instead. I feel like you'll get faster results by running more often. You could also do things like leg lifts and the plank.
Alright although I'll admit I hate running but I figured since we already run daily in P.E. it would count. And I totally forgot about planks that's a good idea! Thank you :D
I think that if you eat less/healthier, you won't have too much of a problem losing those inches(:
