flutter kicks, lay on your back with your legs atleast 6 inches of the ground at all times and alternate kicking your legs up and down, and than just hold them at 6 inches. crunches also work great or doing sit ups with sand bags or dumb bells or soething.
Leg lifts work the lower abs. Crunches work the upper abs. I use a yoga ball and it works great. Also if you want definition you HAVE to work the sides of your stomach as well.
